There is a universal event called death, but there is hope. Death is no respector of persons. Even when people live a long life, eventually they die.
Romans 5: 12-15 - We all experience death because of Adam's disobedience. The obedience of Jesus brings life to all.
Jesus is Life. He is the resurrection. Jesus said 'He that believes in me, though he were dead, he shall live again'. Jesus said if you believe in me you will never die. This sounds like a contradiction but when we place our trust in God we are doing an exchange. We are moving from death to life. We are moving from darkness to light. We are moving from bondange to freedom, but the important one today is from death to life. The minute you place your trust in God and you are living and trusting in God you have eternal life.
Jesus experienced death for all humanity but thanks be to God almighty, He rose on the third day just as he said he would. This is a glorious mystery.
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 KJV
13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
